Niue duty free

The following items can be imported into Niue by persons of 18 years of age or older without incurring customs duty:

• 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 227g of tobacco.
• 3 bottles of spirits (up to 3.5L) or 3 bottles of wine (up to 3L) or 8L of beer.

Prohibited Imports

Firearms and ammunition, and glass beer bottles (only cans are permitted).

Prohibited Exports

Artefacts, coral and valuable shells.
